Job Description

The HR Manager – Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role within the human resources department, responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and hire the best talent. The incumbent is expected to lead a team of recruitment specialists, optimize recruitment processes, and collaborate with department leaders to understand and execute staffing needs. The role requires a deep understanding of the talent landscape, strong networking skills, and a strategic mindset to build long-term talent pipelines. The HR Manager should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people. Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment specialists to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan staffing needs effectively.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent sources.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during hiring processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market changes to refine recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to interface with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
