Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing HR professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives successfully.
