Job Description

The HR Manager is a vital leader in ensuring the success of our organization through strategic human resource management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and initiatives.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing their demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all organizational levels.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of employees.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning to upper management.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Nurture a positive working environment to help maintain and improve employee morale.
  • Oversee and manage the organization’s learning and development initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a human resources management position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance matters with government labor offices.
  • Proven experience in a dynamic business environment with people management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in diverse environments.
