Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support current and future business needs through effective motivation and engagement programs.
  • Oversee performance management processes to drive high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and minimize risks.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Understand and execute succession planning to maintain continuity in key positions.
  • Develop and implement HR incentive programs that align with monetary or non-monetary rewards.
  • Foster constructive working relationships and closely collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or relevant human resources position.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases with strong analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and standards.
  • Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills for strategic planning.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
