Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
  • Implement and monitor performance management processes to facilitate employee growth and development.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and motivation.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by keeping to policies and regulations.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment that enhances team collaboration and productivity.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives including policy modification and organizational changes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to report on the effectiveness of HR processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar managerial role within a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes are essential.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis techniques.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills to manage various HR functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide strong guidance and support to employees at all organizational levels.
