Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our organization's growth by leading human resources strategies, policies, and programs. As an HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the company’s HR initiatives, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture development. You will serve as a key partner to our leadership team, providing strategic guidance and operational support across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a proven track record of managing HR functions from an operational and strategic perspective. Your role will be pivotal in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment that aligns with our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Create and manage effective onboarding programs for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Design and implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee performance.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a fair and consistent approach.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and administer compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain employees.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance skills.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to aid strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with management to implement continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.
  • Supervise and mentor HR staff, ensuring effective and timely accomplishment of HR goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in HR management or related roles is necessary.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations at both national and local levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications.
