Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and nurturing the organization's culture, facilitating a positive workplace environment, and optimizing workforce management. Your strategic role is vital in aligning human resources with the overall business objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will manage the entire recruitment process, spearhead talent development initiatives, and lead employee engagement programs. In addition, you will oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and equity. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and handle complex HR challenges. By leveraging human resources as a strategic asset, you will directly contribute to the organization's success and sustainability.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business direction.
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive recruitment and onboarding processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage labor relations tactfully.
  • Administer employee compensation, benefits programs, and incentive schemes.
  • Lead employee performance appraisal processes and improvement initiatives.
  • Cultivate a positive employee relations environment and address grievances promptly.
  • Oversee HR-related communications and facilitate change management processes.
  • Coordinate and support training programs to enhance employee skillsets effectively.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, records, and reporting for decision-making.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes.
  • Drive engagement, diversity, and inclusion strategies throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
  • Proven HR management experience of at least 5 years is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is necessary.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead an HR team effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are a must.
