Job Description

The HR Manager is a critical position responsible for overseeing and directing the HR Department's daily functions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves partnering with leadership teams to drive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational objectives. The HR Manager addresses human resources-related issues such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and compensation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. Ultimately, the HR Manager's efforts will enhance and create a high-performance culture and a positive working environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring processes to acquire top talent.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to staff.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations to avoid legal issues.
  • Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution effectively.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain staff.
  • Conduct regular HR audit and assessments to ensure HR functions are up-to-date.
  • Lead and support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records for accurately capturing employee data.
  • Create HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy planning.
  • Cooperate with department heads to identify HR needs specific to their teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources management roles.
  • Proven ability to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of human resources policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Experience in managing recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
