Job Description

The HR Manager at 21N25 is a leadership role crucial for managing the company's human resources initiatives and strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in overseeing recruitment processes and developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a strategic outlook.
