Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee our human resources department. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain a pay plan and benefits program that boosts employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze training needs in partnership with departmental managers to address gaps.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and devise plans to improve workplace morale.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by updating policies accordingly.
  • Build relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and develop strategies to resolve them.
  • Develop programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Champion the organization's reward and recognition programs to ensure employee engagement.
  • Lead HR-related initiatives and projects to enhance HR processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in human resources management or similar role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
