Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of HR management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience with HRMS and ability to learn new HR software systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount for this role.
