Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our organization and lead our human resources operations. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring our HR strategies align with the overall business goals. You will play a critical role in developing a positive culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving strategic initiatives to support our company's growth. Your ability to handle complex issues, provide sound advice, and implement effective HR solutions will be key to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain talented employees.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and culture that promotes high levels of employee engagement.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive employee compensation.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs' effectiveness, ROI, and success.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and updating policy procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership on needed changes for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or equivalent roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures to handle legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and advisory.
  • Proficient in HR software and managing HR metrics effectively to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing HR policies and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with sound judgment.
