Job Description

An HR Manager is an essential leadership role in any organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to minimize risk and legal exposure.
  • Foster a positive working environment to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Provide overall HR support to employees, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues sensitively and effectively.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Maintain and improve employee benefits programs, while benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Work closely with management and leadership to drive organizational change initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and KPI tracking.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and workforce planning.
