Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing strategies, executing HR plans, and offering professional advice to achieve company objectives. This person will lead HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and relationship management across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
  • Manage performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Design employee training programs to enhance professional development and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Maintain and update company policies and employee handbooks as necessary.
  • Handle employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Plan and coordinate development activities that foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a workplace of equality and respect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in human resources management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS or related database systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
