Job Description

The HR Manager is a pivotal role within any organization, serving as the linchpin for all human resources-related activities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective HR management.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strategic mindset is necessary.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite is a must.
