We’re looking for an HR Intern – Recruitment to join us in Dubai for a 2-month internship — perfect for someone eager to learn, support, and grow while being part of real hiring activities across different roles and regions.

What You’ll Get To Learn And Experience

This internship is designed to give you practical, real-world exposure to recruitment. You’ll have the chance to:

• Learn how to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Understand how HR teams review CVs and identify the right talent
• Gain exposure to interview coordination and scheduling across different stakeholders
• Sit in on or support initial candidate screening calls
• Learn how to manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support the preparation and organization of interview logistics and documentation

• A recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interested in exploring a career in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable communicating with different people
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to adjust your schedule when supporting interviews in different countries
