Job Description
Al Tamimi & Company is looking for future Emirati leaders to join our HR Graduate Programme, a 24-month structured development programme designed for ambitious Emirati graduates seeking to build a successful career in Human Resources.
Through a combination of hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and professional development, participants will gain exposure to key HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering.
The programme offers rotational assignments across the HR function, enabling graduates to develop practical skills, build strong business acumen, and work alongside experienced HR professionals and senior leaders within one of the region's leading law firms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Passion for people, learning, and professional development
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in developing a long-term career within Human Resources
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 24-month graduate programme designed to provide exposure across multiple HR disciplines
- Complete rotational assignments within Talent Acquisition, Al Tamimi Academy, Employee Experience,HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering functions
- Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, employer branding initiatives, and Emiratisation programmes
- Assist with learning and development activities, including training needs analysis, programme coordination, mentoring initiatives, and training evaluations
- Gain exposure to employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HR operations, compensation and benefits administration, and employee data management
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives across the firm
- Assist HR Business Partners with workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and organisational development activities
- Conduct employee surveys and support the analysis of employee feedback and engagement data
- Participate in project-based assignments and rotation assessments throughout the programme
- Work closely with HR leaders, mentors, and key stakeholders across the firm to develop professional and business knowledge
- Complete a capstone project demonstrating the skills and experience gained throughout the programme
- Take ownership of personal development objectives and actively participate in training, coaching, and networking opportunities available through the programme
