Job Overview – HR Generalist – 34219

We are seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and training. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining smooth HR operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities at once. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, helping to resolve workplace questions and concerns while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment laws.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data, supporting benefits enrollment and administration, assisting with payroll coordination, and contributing to employee engagement and culture initiatives. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Assist with employee relations matters, performance processes, and workplace issue resolution
  • Provide support for benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and HRIS data to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency
  • Contribute to employee engagement, training coordination, and culture-building initiatives across the organization


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
