Job Description

We are seeking a highly-motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is central to ensuring our human resources operations run smoothly and effectively. As an HR Generalist, you will be involved in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. You will support both employees and management to address issues and concerns, acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and prevention.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and environmental regulations to minimize legal risks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly for data integrity.
  • Facilitate performance management processes to promote employee growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with management to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support with the administration of employee benefits and processing of payroll changes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to address retention and turnover issues.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to improving organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role for a minimum of three years.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative work environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRM systems, with the ability to manage data efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
