HR Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to building a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll-related activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance review activities.
• Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Support management in workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
