HR Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
• Handle visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation
• Support payroll coordination and leave management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Maintain HR documentation and confidential employee files
• Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs
• Assist management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
