Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing and employee record management. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR accuracy and compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and well-versed in HR processes—especially payroll administration. You should be proactive in handling confidential information, maintaining HR systems, and supporting both employees and leadership with efficiency and care. Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

  • Accurately process monthly payroll including overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes with timely documentation.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payroll compliance and timelines.
  • Support HR Manager in communicating policy updates to staff.
  • Provide administrative support for internal HR communications.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR data is up-to-date and compliant with UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly HR metrics and reports.
  • Ensure all payroll records are accurately filed for audits and review.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or payroll-focused role within the UAE.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
