Trustbend Packers & Movers, a trusted name in logistics and relocation services, is seeking a dedicated and people-focused HR Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and supporting business growth through effective human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws
• Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
• Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Assist management with HR reports and workforce planning
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably within the UAE
• Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
