JobSummary

We areseeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to managecore human resources functions, act as a key point of contact between the Groupand local entities, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and corporate HRstandards. The role involves payroll management, recruitment, onboarding, employeerelations, training deployment, and support to CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Administration

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll through an external software.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Draft, update, and manage employment contracts in line with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Visa & Immigration

  • Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage employee-related government transactions and ensure compliance with timelines.
  • Maintain close collaboration with PROs across entities.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Develop and implement induction programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Support and monitor employee engagement throughout the onboarding journey.

Recruitment & Workforce Management

  • Manage the recruitment process (job posting, advertising, candidate pre-selection, interviews coordination).
  • Keep organizational charts updated.
  • Create and update job descriptions across entities.
  • Track and report workforce numbers across the region.

Group & Regional HR Support

  • Act as the HR liaison for local entities in the region.
  • Act as the HR relay for Group requests, consolidating and transmitting information as required.
  • Ensure consistent application of Group HR policies across the UAE operations.

Training & Development

  • Support the rollout of the E-learning platform and training initiatives.
  • Track participation and ensure proper communication of training opportunities.

CSR & Internal Communication

  • Act as the CSR relay for Group and regional projects.
  • Promote and facilitate internal communication within the teams and across entities.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and Group HR policies.
  • Maintain HR manuals, SOPs, and employee guides, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
  • Liaise with legal advisors when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR processes, and visa procedures.
  • Proficiency in Bayzat systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (operational level required); Arabic is a plus.
