Job Description: HR Executive
Roles &
Responsibilities
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
· Maintain and update employee records, HR
databases, and personnel files.
· Monitor deadlines for employee data, visas,
company legal documents, and other compliance requirements across entities
· Support payroll preparation and leave
management.
· Handle employee queries and provide HR-related
support.
· Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and
company policies.
· Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and
contracts.
· Coordinate training sessions, performance
reviews, and employee engagement activities.
· Support PRO in visa processing, renewals, and
other government-related documentation.
Desired Candidate
Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
· 3-4 years of HR or administrative experience in
the UAE preferred.
· Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best
practices.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
· Excellent English writing and verbal
communication skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with
professionalism.
