Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our organization and contribute towards shaping our human resource strategies. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. You should have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals and compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct new employee orientation to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs.
  • Handle employee grievances and manage resolution in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and monitor employee evaluations.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain updated employee records and HRIS systems for data accuracy.
  • Organize training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Manage Payroll functions ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Liase with external partners and agencies for outsourcing HR services as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills necessary.
  • Ability to design and implement successful recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Proficient with HRIS system management and various productivity software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and problem-solving.
