Job Description

As an HR Executive, you play a pivotal role in the effective running of the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing policies, and ensuring the department aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will assist in attracting, retaining, and developing talent to foster a dynamic and positive work environment. Successful HR executives possess strong interpersonal skills, comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, and a strategic mindset. You will be the point of contact for a wide range of employee and management queries, ensuring the highest level of service. Your role involves collaborating with various departments to align HR practices with organizational objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent acquisition.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
  • Support current and future HR needs through the development of programs.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
  • Manage and improve communication between employees and management.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, research competitive trends.
  • Monitor, track, and report on workforce metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring it is equitable and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.
  • Proven working experience as an HR executive or relevant position required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, strategies, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and reporting techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, strong organizational skills.
