Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in the human resources department of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation and management of HR policies and programs. You will serve as a key point of contact for both management and employees, addressing issues related to staff welfare, performance management, recruitment, and organizational development. You will be charged with ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can improve HR functions and contribute to the organization's growth through effective workforce management. Excellent communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for attracting top talent.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure their confidentiality.
  • Develop and conduct employee training programs for skill enhancement.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and administer disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies consistently.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion across all organizational levels.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits for fair employee compensation.
  • Develop HR reports for stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support management in organizational change initiatives effectively.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in managing recruitment and performance management processes.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations.
