Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR executive role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
