Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the organization's human resources functions. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Manage and support employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, keeping them competitive and fair.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and improve HR policies and practices.
  • Promote a positive work culture and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Manage HR databases and ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and decisions.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures effectively and sensitively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
