Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Execurive to join our dynamic organization. As part of our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, you'll work in a ONSITE environment, supporting crucial human resources operations and initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist with internal communications.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely support regarding HR issues.
• Facilitate training sessions and development programs for staff growth.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  
  

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  
  

• Experience working in the healthcare sector.
• HR certification (such as CIPD or SHRM).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
