Job Description

The HR Coordinator is a pivotal role within our human resources department, responsible for the smooth and efficient administration of various HR operations. This entails supporting recruitment processes, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, aiding in the promotion and ongoing development of a positive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, answering inquiries as needed.
  • Support HR management in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including tracking and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and handle employee-related legal requirements.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide assistance to both managers and employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting HR initiatives and activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
