Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and providing support in various HR-related activities. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job vacancies and screening applicants.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and organizing new hire sessions.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and answer employee queries.
  • Manage HR calendars and appointments to ensure deadlines and meetings are kept.
  • Provide support in implementing and monitoring employee performance review processes.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Facilitate internal communication by handling employee requests and clarifications professionally.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review and planning.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and professional development programs as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR coordinator or administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR concepts and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
