Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to support our growth strategy in the key markets of the UAE (Dubai) and Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters. You will combine strategic HR management with a solid understanding of local labor laws, while efficiently and effectively managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

HR Business Partner, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise local management on HR strategies, including Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning.
  • Ensure full adherence to local regulations, specifically the UAE and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both countries and design a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Build trust and credibility with employees, managers and leadership through but not limited to conflict resolution, consulting, advising and providing solutions to business on HR related matters. Foster and develop a positive, inclusive and high performing culture.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations e.g. including contract management or visa and work permit processes
  • Manage payroll, insurance, time recoding, leave eligibility and recording and other similar tasks.
  • Execute corporate led projects with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and implement Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements in KSA and Emiratization targets in the UAE, if applicable.
  • Develop and update local Employee Handbooks and HR policies to reflect current legislative changes and cultural nuances in line with corporate values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualification: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a global company with strong expertise in payroll within the GCC region.
  • Legal Expertise: Strong working knowledge of UAE and Saudi Labor Laws is essential.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for communicating with local authorities.
  • Mindset: A hands-on professional who is highly organized and comfortable balancing strategic projects with routine administrative tasks.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel between Dubai and Saudi Arabia as required.
