Job Description

An HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role designed to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and is an employee champion and change agent. The role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management and stakeholders, provide insightful data to guide decision-making, and offer expert HR advice and support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries within the business unit.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular consultations with management providing HR guidance and partnership.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic business decisions and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate organizational risks.
  • Manage employee relations issues including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Partner with leadership to drive employee performance and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, retain and develop top talent.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and culture shifts.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR services and programs.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or business partnering.
  • Excellent understanding of employment legislation and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
