Key Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

• Coordinate with universities and BU for internship opportunities
• Assist in phone screening Emirati CVs sourced from NAFIS, MOHRE, and other recruitment platforms.
• Participate and manage university career fairs.
• Providing recruitment reports as required.
  
  

Learning and Development

• Udemy licenses usage follow up including Emiratis in all Business Units
• Regularly monitor and update the progress of Emirati training tracker.
• Support with coordinating the training sessions (booking hotels, confirming attendees, preparing training materials, invitations and certificates)
  
  

Task related to GPSS (Pension for Emiratis)

• Managing the pension system (registration, merging, end of services).
• Manage accurate and timely pension payments to GPSSA.
• Maintain and update the pension tracker to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  
  

Employee Engagement and Branding

• Gather feedback from Emirati employees regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
• Develop and manage Emiratization-related surveys.
• Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and track market trends related to Emirati employment
• Support branding and engagement initiatives by organizing Emirati events.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to showcase Emiratization initiatives and success stories through photos, videos, and social media posts.
  
  

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
• No prior experience required
