Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your role will involve assisting HR managers with their daily activities, ensuring the efficient handling of HR procedures, and facilitating the smooth running of the HR office. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, offering support and guidance to staff and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions and posting job ads.
  • Screen resumes and applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date and accurate.
  • Handle inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs from employees.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training sessions.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Support HR managers in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement and welfare activities and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, such as attendance records and performance metrics.
  • Ensure proper implementation and conclusion of employee exit processes and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication within the HR department and with other departments.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative support is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective workplace interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information discreetly.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
