Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing day-to-day tasks and assisting in departmental projects. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests. Your role will involve maintaining employee records, assisting with HR procedures, and ensuring that the day-to-day HR operations function smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes and ensure new hires receive necessary documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures swiftly and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations when managing employee records and queries.
  • Prepare and process standard HR documents and reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR processes and guidelines.
  • Support performance management activities and help maintain performance review schedules.
  • Look for ways to improve HR processes, suggesting enhancements where possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or other administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
