Job Description

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our dynamic team and assist with the day-to-day operations of human resources functions and duties. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Assistant, you will support HR initiatives, help maintain records, process documentation, and deliver exceptional support to our staff. You will also be responsible for coordinating various HR projects, facilitating employee engagement activities, and assisting in the recruitment process. This position serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal data accurately.
  • Assist in recruitment by coordinating interviews and managing communication.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, offers, and onboarding forms.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and provide guidance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events.
  • Help analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and management reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards in HR operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops as part of employee development.
  • Assist in processing payroll documentation and resolving related queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
