Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department in various tasks and projects. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations. You will also be involved in the day-to-day implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures effectively.
  • Support HR managers in the implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as requested by management accurately and timely.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues with professionalism.
  • Assist in the organization of training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for HR project implementations.
  • Update HR databases with different information such as new hires and terminations.
  • Assist in performance management procedures like monitoring performance reviews.
  • Provide administrative support in conducting HR audits and maintaining compliance.
  • Participate in organizing company events and fostering a positive corporate culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail are a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with HR software and knowledge of HRIS will be advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
