We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources department. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate interactions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing paperwork and setting up individual training plans.
  • Compile reports and provide HR metrics to senior management for decision-making.
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, benefits, and policies with accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll documentation and employee attendance records.
  • Help organize and facilitate HR events such as meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold integrity in data handling.
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members for diverse HR tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of employee benefits and ensure up-to-date plan information.
  • Facilitate communication within the HR department and across all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role in HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and payroll software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
