Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in a fast-paced environment by managing daily administrative and HR duties. This role will require an individual who is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR function by providing administrative support and managing various internal HR-related tasks. The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and offering support to employees on HR-related topics. The successful candidate will be proactive with a strong commitment to providing excellent service and contribute positively to our team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and managing applications.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel records with accurate and timely information.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and initiatives, ensuring efficiency.
  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and scheduling orientations.
  • Assist with coordinating and planning HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Monitor and update the HR database with current employee details and status changes.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring all parties are informed correctly.
  • Support HR managers in preparing reports and compiling data for various HR metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in processing payroll by reviewing timesheets and ensuring timely submission.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for various HR benefits and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant administrative position preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software for daily tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
