Job Description

The HR Assistant (09F25) plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources department by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position acts as a bridge between the HR department and other employees, ensuring that human resources operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The HR Assistant must handle sensitive information confidentially and have a solid understanding of HR procedures and policies to support the team in a busy and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, training sessions, and seminars internally.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department and ensure timely processing of information.
  • Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and sourcing candidates.
  • Conduct initial orientation sessions for new hires to facilitate onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee information and leave records systematically.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in the performance review process by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
