Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR operations ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including interviewing and filtering potential candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in employee onboarding programs and update orientation materials as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with HR projects.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and guide them in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Assist in organizing and implementing staff training and development activities.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports on employment metrics and activities for management.
  • Coordinate employee performance review processes and collect feedback from supervisors.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging workplace culture and environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to effectively manage work tasks.
