Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, managing HR documentation, and providing support for employee inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong passion for working in Human Resources. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and confidentiality agreements.
  • Support the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and benefits.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR events with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to plan and execute training initiatives for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications and announcements.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with labor regulations and assist in conducting HR audits.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to performance appraisal processes efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
