Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR initiatives and activities within the organization. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, and support the overall efficiency of the HR department. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and files.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company.
  • Prepare and process documentation, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist with organization-wide training and development programs.
  • Help in conducting performance reviews and compiling appraisal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during HR processes.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate actively in improving HR processes and departmental efficiencies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR databases is considered an asset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
