Job Description

An HR and Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in fostering a company's growth and success by overseeing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring effective workforce management. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and project future hiring requirements.
  • Manage and mentor recruitment teams, providing guidance and training as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

  • Design and manage onboarding programs to help new employees integrate effectively.

  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and providing HR guidance as necessary.
  • Oversee budget management related to recruitment and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment management roles.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent leadership skills with an ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in HR software systems, databases, and recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.
