HR Analyst Intern

Your Tasks

Job Summary: The HR Analyst Intern will assist the HR team in analyzing and interpreting data related to various HR activities. This role will involve working on projects related to talent management, organisation development and other HR initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data and metrics.
• Support in the development and implementation of HR analytics dashboards and reports.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
