Job Description

An HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the HR department to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all HR operations. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks. As an HR Administrator, you will assist in activities such as recruiting, employee relations, database management, and enforcing company policies and practices. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. The role is ideal for those seeking to further their HR career with a comprehensive understanding of human resources programs and policies.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and managing applications.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate channels.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and programs throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops to enhance their skills.
  • Manage payroll by processing employee changes and ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as requested by management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing documentation and organizing orientations.
  • Update and maintain employee data in HR systems with precision and confidentiality.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Provide administrative support during performance management and appraisal processes.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • UAE experience is mandatory with minimum of 2 years in the same field 
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for workplace collaboration.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations
