Job Description

The HR Administrator (04N25) plays a crucial role in maintaining and streamlining HR functions within an organization. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee records, and assisting in the recruitment process. As an HR Administrator, you will be the go-to person for HR-related queries and will handle various HR tasks, from onboarding new employees to facilitating training programs. You will need to showcase excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain a positive company culture. This position requires someone detail-oriented yet flexible, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will frequently interact with different departments, supporting the management team, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure all data is accurate and current.
  • Organize and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure the organization’s HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to help boost employee skills and capabilities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries, providing guidance and support to staff members.
  • Prepare and maintain mandatory reports and documentation for HR compliance.
  • Support payroll processes by collecting and entering payroll data on time.
  • Manage and update employee benefits and compensation records efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and workshops.
  • Handle conflict resolution, helping to mediate employee disputes and concerns.
  • Collaborate with different departments for cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administration or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
